Abbas Steel Group boasts one of the strongest Engineering teams in the industry.  The department is divided between dedicated onsite engineers stationed at all our factories and a robust R&D department comprising of mix of Electrical, Mechanical and Metallurgical Engineers.  New Engineering Recruits can expect to enter a vigorous training program within 2 weeks of joining the company. Training consists of on-the-job training including in-plant training as well as attending seminars and conferences. Abbas Steel Group also arranges its own seminars in collaboration with engineering institutions and faculty members.

Students in their final year can also choose to intern with our company or engage us for their final year thesis.

New employees in other departments such as Marketing, Sales, & Operations can also expect to be sent on various vocational courses and seminars to better hone their respective skills and gain latest industry knowledge.
